Our Staff

Pastor Tim Riggs is from Russellville, Alabama, and was saved at the age of 15 at youth camp in Guin, Alabama. It was at this same youth camp God called him to preach. After graduating from Southeastern Free Will Baptist Bible College, he pastored churches in Alabama, Mississippi, and North Carolina for over 20 years before he answered God's call to start Bay City Church in Semmes, Alabama. He and his family started Bay City church on April 1st, 2007.
